Qualifications

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification is required.
• Experience with Life Skills programs and/or Homebound instruction preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized instruction based on student IEPs.
• Strong communication with families and school teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted instruction and compensatory educational support in-person to a 3rd grade Homebound student.
• Develop individualized strategies aligned with IEP goals and district standards.
• Maintain accurate records and regularly track student progress.
• Communicate consistently with parents/guardians, team members, and administration.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning as required by the district.
