Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher with instructional activities and support students in completing tasks.
• Prepare classroom and organize instructional materials and equipment.
• Support students with disabilities in routines and activities throughout the day.
• Assist with personal care and self-help activities as needed.
• Maintain student records and complete related tasks as directed by the teacher.
• Monitor classroom when teacher is unavailable.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and FERPA compliance.
