Job summary

The Town of North Attleborough Education Department is seeking an Education Support Professional to join the Special Education team for a part-time 12-hour role at the Early Learning Center.

The successful candidate will support students in both substantially separate and inclusion settings, collaborating with the Special Education Liaison and be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention/Safety Care as needed. Salary and benefits follow the NAFT Local 4292 agreement.

Qualifications

• Support students in substantially separate and inclusion settings.
• Collaborate with Special Education Liaison or Specialist to deliver necessary instruction and accommodations.
• Willingness to be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention/Safety Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering specialized instruction and curriculum modification.
• Support access to curriculum for students with disabilities in both settings.
• Collaborate with classroom staff to implement accommodations.
