Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking a part-time Service Provider in Watertown, Massachusetts, to support students at private schools. The position is grant-funded and offers flexibility with up to 18 hours weekly. Salary is up to $90 per hour based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Valid DESE Teacher of Moderate Disabilities preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Dual licensure - TMD and content area - preferred.
• Experience working with students with a range of disabilities in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students’ academic progress and document growth.
• Design and carry out developmentally appropriate activities.
• Adapt methods and materials to meet students’ needs.
• Maintain standards of behavior and safety.
• Communicate effectively with administration and parents.
• Other duties as assigned.
