Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Special Education.
• Missouri teaching certification or eligibility.
• State and school clearances completed before placement.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and academic support to students with special education needs.
• Support students in a resource setting based on individualized educational plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and related service providers.
• Assist with implementing accommodations, modifications, and educational goals.
• Maintain student documentation and monitor progress.
• Provide substitute classroom coverage as needed.
• Participate in job shadowing and school programs to learn about student needs.
