Job summary

Holy Hill Area School District seeks a special education paraprofessional to support students with disabilities in 4K–4th grade, starting as soon as possible. The paraprofessional works under special education teachers and the director to provide instructional support in the regular classroom, small group, and one-on-one settings.

The position is up to 8 hours per day, Tuesday through Friday, including lunch and recess supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting students with a wide range of needs in a 4K–4th grade setting.
• Ability to implement literacy and math instructional support under teacher direction.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support students with disabilities in regular and small-group settings.
• Attend to individual and small-group instructional needs under supervision.
• Supervise lunch and recess and assist classroom teachers as needed.
