Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, with additional postsecondary study or credential as specified.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to follow IEP/behavior protocols and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist individual students or groups to reinforce educational skill development per IEP.
• Provide safe, positive educational environment and supervision.
• Follow behavior management protocols for students with diverse needs.
• Prepare and adapt instructional materials to support learning.
• Assist with daily living skills and basic hygiene as needed.
