Archdiocese of Chicago Catholic Schools at St. Norbert School seeks a Part-Time Special Education Aide to provide instructional and behavioral support to students with identified learning needs.

Under teacher direction, you will help students access curriculum, participate in activities, and develop independence. You will assist with accommodations and use of educational technology, supervise transitions, and work closely with families and staff to foster a faith-centered, supportive learning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or paraprofessional certification preferred.
• Experience with diverse learners preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one and small-group instructional support.
• Assist students with assignments and reinforce concepts.
• Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior.
• Supervise classroom activities and transitions.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to meet student needs.
