Job summary

Streamsong Resort in Florida is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain lounge areas and assist guests with courtesy and professionalism. This on-site, part-time role focuses on cleanliness, towel and amenity provisioning, and delivering first-class spa experiences.

You will greet guests, stock lounges, issue robes, supervise cleanliness, and support therapists and staff to ensure smooth appointments while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and staff as they enter the facility.
• Keep lounges stocked with towels and guest supplies.
• Issue robes and towels to guests after inspection for services.
• Monitor cleanliness of lounges, locker areas, showers and toilets.
• Be knowledgeable about all spa facilities to answer guest questions.
• Assist with sales and marketing.
• Maintain product and inventory check-out system.
• Coordinate with receptionist to ensure first-class service.
• Assist therapists and fitness staff to ensure smooth appointment flow.
• Provide spa tours and educate guests on safety standards.
• Ensure wet areas floor is dry and debris-free.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the spa.
• Monitor presentation of guest areas (towels, vanity, amenities).
• Escort guests to treatments on time.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
