Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR is seeking a part-time Cook to join a team focused on quality dining and resident satisfaction. The role requires vivid attention to hygiene, temperature control, and timely preparation of menu items according to recipes, with a friendly, resident-first approach.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
Current Food Handlers Card as specified by the Department of Health.
Experience or ability in leadership, training, and supervision.
Strong written and oral communication with management and staff.
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable with extreme temperatures and cooking environments.
Mostly indoors with occasional events outside.

Responsibilities

Culinary Craftsman: prepare all menu items per standards/recipes, ensure quality and timely presentation.
Take the Mess Out of Mess Hall: maintain health protocols, hygiene, and proper temperatures.
Culinary Connector: learn residents' preferences and participate in orientations.
