• Multiple pathways described in the program standard to qualify for adjunct faculty in SDEV.
• Ability to create learning environments, deliver instruction, and assess student work per course objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes in accordance with college policy and course objectives.
• Utilize available technology to enhance instructional methods.
• Adapt lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials as appropriate; maintain accurate records.
• Engage with students regularly to support learning and positive experiences.
• Develop and implement teaching strategies to engage students with the material.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and comply with policies and FERPA requirements.
• Contribute to a safe, quality educational environment and reflect student diversity.
