Responsibilities

• Instruct and coach students to develop skills and athletic ability in softball.
• Manage and supervise athletic activities, practices, and contests.
• Coordinate with the athletic director on fundraising, events, and schedules.
• Monitor student eligibility for extracurricular participation.
• Develop ongoing evaluation of coaching program and implement improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned and uphold Catholic ministry values.
