Job summary

The Lindner Center of Hope in Mason, OH is seeking a part-time Social Worker to join our inpatient/outpatient care team. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, and contribute to discharge planning for patients and families, coordinating with the clinical team to support recovery and community reintegration.

Ideal candidates hold an MSW, valid Ohio licensure as SW or LISW, and 1–3 years of psychiatric/healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited school of social work.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) by the Ohio Social Work Board.
• 1–3 years of experience in a health care or psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and document findings.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients and families.
• Contribute to discharge planning across a multidisciplinary team.
• Document in EMR and paper charts timely and accurately.
• Educate patients and families about illness adaptation and care needs.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing education.
