Position is non-exempt, 28.5 hours per week, with an hourly pay range of $16.87–$20.80 and a target around $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma is required
• Associate degree in Social Services preferred
• Experience in the Social Services field
• Bi-lingual, preferred

Aufgaben

• Interview clients to assess needs and resources.
• Provide emergency assistance, counseling, and referrals to clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential daily records of clients.
• Assist with implementation and coordination of social ministries programs.
• Recruit and train volunteers for local and seasonal activities.
