Qualifications

• Experience creating videos, photography, or social media content preferred.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Canva, and CapCut.
• Ability to record and edit quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Creative, organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working around young children and teachers.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned childcare locations to take high-quality photos and videos.
• Capture classroom activities, educational programs, special events, and celebrations.
• Film teacher introductions, school tours, and enrollment promotions.
• Highlight the positive experiences of children, families, and staff.
• Create engaging Facebook and Instagram Reels and short promotional videos.
• Edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
• Add music, captions, graphics, and Little Learner branding.
• Develop content that attracts prospective families.
• Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment & Marketing.
