The Ford Agency, Inc. is seeking a motivated and collaborative PT Social Media Intern to join our team in the Washington, DC area.

This role focuses on creating LinkedIn postings, graphics, and content to drive engagement with clients and candidates. Responsibilities include developing digital advertising plans, editing LinkedIn posts, increasing page traffic, and exploring other digital outreach platforms.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior exposure or interest in the recruiting industry a plus.

The Ford Agency is seeking a motivated and collaborative PT Social Media Intern to join our team! This individual will be responsible for creating LinkedIn postings, creating graphics, and writing content to drive engagement with clients and candidates. Responsibilities Include

• Create strategic digital advertising plans for client and candidate engagement
• Create and edit engaging LinkedIn posts
• Increase company's LI page traffic and analyze usage data to best strategize
• Identify and assess other digital outreach platforms
• Assist with additional projects as needed

Qualifications Include

• Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Strong technical skills: Canva, MS Office
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Prior exposure or interest in the recruiting industry a plus

Compensation

• $20/hr

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
