Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior exposure or interest in the recruiting industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic digital advertising plans for client and candidate engagement.
• Create and edit engaging LinkedIn posts.
• Increase company's LI page traffic and analyze usage data to best strategize.
• Identify and assess other digital outreach platforms.
• Assist with additional projects as needed.
