  • Benefits administration experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR or SPHR certificate preferred.
  • Leadership skills and ability to spearhead HR initiatives.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Oversee and manage heavy employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations
  • Develop initiatives and procedures to increase efficiency and measure success of human resources programs
  • Administer benefits and compensation programs with team
  • Oversee the recruitment of new staff, including diversity initiatives
  • Manage learning development programs
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data for program improvements
  • Contribute to position and compensation review and analysis
  • Plan and execute events to improve employee morale and increase productivity
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices, employment laws, and regulatory changes that impact HR
