Job summary

Intellibright, a leading Google Partner agency in Austin, TX, seeks a part-time Social Media Coordinator to craft content, schedule posts, and analyze performance across client accounts. The role offers hands-on mentorship and potential for full-time placement post-graduation.

You’ll collaborate with senior marketers, use Sprout Social, Canva, and Figma, and contribute to paid and organic campaigns while learning industry tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
• Experience with post boosting and social media advertising.
• Willingness to learn Sprout Social scheduling tool.
• Basic design comfort with Canva or Figma.
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adapt strategies.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Experience with analytics platforms for social media.
• Experience with review management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for multiple clients and Intellibright's channels.
• Manage and schedule posts using Sprout Social to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
• Stay ahead of AI advancements and platform updates; evaluate new tools for adoption.
• Plan and execute paid social strategies to boost posts and engagement.
• Identify and resolve social platform issues for clients and IB accounts.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews to surface insights and improve brand perception.
• Collaborate on creating light visual assets in Canva, Figma or similar tools.
• Track and analyze performance of campaigns to drive ROI and engagement.
