Job summary

WISE is seeking a Marketing & Fundraising Assistant in Saint Paul, MN to support communications and development efforts. You will learn to implement branding, accessibility protocols, and social media strategies while coordinating campaigns and donor activities.

The role involves creating engaging graphics and copy, updating calendars, and assisting with events both virtual and in-person. The position supports weekly meetings, offers flexible hours (7–20 per week), and may include remote tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media campaigns for designated awareness months and fundraising events.
• Write social media copy and design graphics for posts, stories, and reels.
• Maintain and update social media calendars and campaign calendars.
• Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person fundraising events.
• Assist with donor appreciation and retention activities.
• Use Canva and Notion to perform duties.
• Attend required staff meetings and check-ins.
