Qualifications

• High School diploma and two years of digital content creation experience.
• Proven ability to photograph, edit photos, and edit videos; write scripts.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual design skills.
• Experience creating and executing a content calendar.
• Familiar with CMS, digital publishing, and editing tools.
• Ability to analyze analytics and pivot strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse staff and patrons.

Responsibilities

• Create content for multiple social media platforms promoting GDL events and collections.
• Tailor content formats to fit platform requirements (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Track performance metrics using Google Analytics and dashboards.
• Maintain current advertising on social media platforms.
• Respond to comments, manage DMs, and grow an audience.
• Ability to travel to locations for content collection, events, and meetings.
