Job summary

Absolute Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking a creative, dependable person to manage a growing social media presence. This part-time role (3–5 hrs/week) involves creating content, editing videos, and posting to major platforms.

Training will be provided, and the position starts onsite at our Auburn office with potential for partial or full remote work after training. The starting pay is $20–$26 per hour, commensurate with experience, with a biweekly pay cycle and access to Canva and CapCut

Qualifications

• No prior professional experience required; training will be provided.
• 3–5 hours per week to start.
• Onsite at Auburn office initially; potential to transition to remote later.

Responsibilities

• Gather photos and video content from office, job sites or events.
• Review footage captured by technicians and crews.
• Edit pre-recorded footage into reels, short videos and posts.
• Write clear, friendly captions reflecting the company’s personality and values.
• Publish content on Facebook, Instagram and other approved platforms.
• Follow a posting calendar and meet deadlines.
• Organize raw footage and upcoming content ideas.
• Identify trends and content ideas that fit the business.
• Track performance of post types and revisions if needed.
