Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Missoula, MT. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit with a flexible schedule and tangible in‑store impact.

You’ll work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure iconic brands are displayed and ready to shine, following DSD merchandising principles and maintaining store relationships. A positive, can‑do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for store visits.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier lifting.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays, with schedule set by RTM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in‑store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan adherence.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches, and participate in events.
• Communicate store‑level insights and issues to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, handling lifting and movement of product.
