Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Missoula, MT. You'll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more.

You’ll drive your own vehicle, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with a Retail Territory Manager to ensure brand standards and on-shelf excellence across stores. Weekend availability and a starting pay of $18 per hour are required, with mileage reimbursement and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid auto insurance and ability to drive to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits per DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves and rotate products, maintaining brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow RTM daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Maintain safety and physical requirements of the role, including lifting and moving products.
