Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Missoula, MT. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more. The role requires frequent store visits, professional in-store representation, and adherence to merchandising standards.

The position offers an hourly wage, mileage reimbursement, and benefits. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure brands are displayed properly across assigned stores,

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with insured vehicle.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support display and visibility.
• Stock shelves and rotate products while maintaining brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches, and high visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and retail team.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical tasks involved in stocking.
