Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz and other snacks to life in-store. As Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll stock shelves, set displays, and ensure products are in stock and easy to find.

The role emphasizes face-to-face service, reliability, and attention to detail in busy retail environments. You must be 18+, hold a valid state driver's license, have a High School Diploma or GED preferred, and be able to drive your own vehicle with

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Hinesville, GA; Secondary locations: Jesup, GA, Vidalia, GA, Pembroke, GA, Reidsville, GA; Schedule availability: Open availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and be the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving product.
