Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in California. You will be on the front line, stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring products are in stock using Salesforce and an iPad.

You’ll visit stores, interact with staff, and drive visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. The role requires physical ability, a valid driver’s license, and open availability including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Folsom, CA; secondary CA locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Merchandising Excellence standards; capture display photos in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order products via iPad to maintain shelf and display stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
