You will visit stores, maintain brand standards, and work closely with your Retail Territory Manager to ensure flawless in-store execution.

This role requires at least 18 years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lb (50 lb occasionally).

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in retail or grocery is a plus; ability to follow merchandising principles.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products according to plan.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and promotional setups.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles and capture photos as needed.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel and RTM for proper execution and visibility.
• Communicate store-level insights and issues to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Follow daily schedules and prioritize tasks with the RTM.
• Support seasonal product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
