Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, and more. You will work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are ready to shine and organized for shoppers across assigned stores.

This position requires a self-motivated, professional attitude, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, and move product; may lift up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Seymour, TN, with availability Mon Tue Thu Fri Sun.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce to RTM and retail team.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks like lifting and moving products.
