Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

The role offers a flexible schedule and involves in-store execution with a focus on professionalism and reliability. You will work with your Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company and deliver excellent customer service.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities from the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Report store-level insights and opportunities via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling lifting and movement of products.
