Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit in Santa Ana/Irvine area. You will travel to multiple stores, represent the company with professionalism, and ensure in‑store execution meets brand standards.

Schedule is 25–35 hours per week, Monday through Saturday with early start times.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle and travel to multiple stores.
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional >50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant during physical merchandising activities.
