Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will work on the Champlin, MN and nearby Brooklyn Park locations, stocking shelves, executing displays, and managing orders via iPad and Salesforce.

This role emphasizes in-person customer service and strong product placement. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a valid driver's license, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and able to travel

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and moving heavier items as needed.
• Prior retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Champlin, MN; Brooklyn Park, MN as secondary location.
• Schedule availability: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday; 20-25 hrs per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Merchandising Excellence standards.
• Capture display photos via DMI and manage in-stock conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad and manage shelf/display stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
