Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the Minneapolis area. You will stock shelves, build displays, and maintain in-store visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Responsibilities include in-store visits, ordering stock via iPad, following merchandising steps, and ensuring pricing and promotion guidelines are followed. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Minneapolis, MN.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Schedule availability: Open availability—at least one weekend day.
• Start time: 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
