Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. The role offers a flexible schedule and hands-on impact in local retailers.

You will collaborate with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure our brands shine, maintain standards, and deliver an organized snack aisle experience while adapting to store needs and traffic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Queen Creek, AZ or San Tan Valley, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following RTM directives, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves and rotate product while maintaining brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling the physical aspects of the role.
