Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to school-based CFs and SLPAs. This role involves on-campus supervision and off-campus indirect supervision to develop supervisees’ clinical skills while ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.

The position emphasizes guidance on IEP processes, data collection, documentation, and evidence-based practice, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to mentor the next

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Sciences and Disorders.
• Current and unrestricted California SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential.
• Experience supervising Clinical Fellows and/or SLPAs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of special education and IEP processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-campus supervision for school-based CFs and SLPAs (approximately 8 hours/month).
• Provide feedback and guidance on assessments, reports, and clinical documentation (indirect supervision 4–15 hours/month).
• Assist with IEP processes, goals, and communication with parents and teachers.
• Maintain ASHA supervision records and CF performance reviews.
