Job summary

Pacific Coast Speech Services – Point Quest Group seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to school-based CFs and SLPAs. This is a supervisory/consultative role with no direct caseload, offering a flexible mix of on-campus supervision and off-campus guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in SLP, CA license, and ASHA CCC-SLP, plus experience supervising CFs/SLPAs and strong IEP process knowledge. Retirees encouraged to apply; benefits included.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current California SLP license in good standing.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP credential required.
  • Experience supervising Clinical Fellows and SLPA staff preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes and school-based services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person on-campus supervision and mentorship to CFs and SLPAs.
  • Explain clinical decision-making and evidence-based practices.
  • Support CFs/SLPAs with IEP goals, data collection, and documentation.
  • Attend IEP meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Review assessments, reports, and therapy schedules for supervisees.
  • Maintain ASHA supervision records and compliance documentation.

This is a supervisory and consultative position; supervisors will not maintain a student caseload or provide direct therapy.The SLP Supervisor will support CFs and SLPAs in developing their clinical skills, navigating school-based processes, maintaining compliance, and delivering high-quality speech and language services.
