Job summary

Amedisys Home Health is seeking a part-time Speech Pathologist in Stockbridge, GA to assess, diagnose and treat speech, language and swallowing disorders in adults at the patient’s home. The role supports aural rehab and AAC for those with hearing loss and requires CCC-SLP licensure and CPR.

Eligible applicants may receive competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation for deaf or hard of hearing individuals and implement AAC systems when needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
