Job summary

Avalon Village is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) PRN/Part Time to deliver high-quality speech-language services to our residents in a supportive, geriatric-focused environment. The role includes a structured 9-month mentorship program and opportunities to work closely with nursing and facility teams.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid Indiana SLP license (CCC/CFY) and demonstrate strong assessment skills, teamwork, and a caring, collaborative approach to resident care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric care and senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, families, customers and staff.

Responsibilities
