Qualifications

• Active Alabama State SLP license.
• Alabama Educator Certificate with SLP endorsement.
• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluation of students with communicative disorders.
• Evaluates and diagnoses speech and language disorders.
• Develops and implements individualized education plans for therapy.
• Coordinates service delivery models to meet student needs.
• Maintains student records and progress.
• Collaborates with teachers and families to support carry-over therapy.
