Qualifications

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities.

• Instruct patients, families, and staff on techniques to support ongoing therapy goals in daily routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and document outcomes effectively.
