OneWell Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for immediate coverage in White Oak, PA. The role involves home and community-based assessments and therapy focusing on communication, AAC, and swallowing disorders, with flexible part-time schedules. The position requires a Master's in SLP, licensure, and CCC-SLP certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, swallowing, and AAC evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy including AAC, feeding, and swallowing interventions.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
