Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for our Princeton, NJ EI Center. This in-person, part-time role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication within our autism-focused ABA program.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to apply evidence-based approaches and contribute to integrated reports. The position emphasizes collaboration, ongoing assessment, and documentation while allowing partial remote note-writing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active state licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in language development and ASD.
• Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and diagnose needs.
• Implement evidence-based speech-language therapies for ASD clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team to adjust plans.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes and reports.
• Monitor progress and update treatment strategies as needed.
