Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for our Princeton, NJ EI Center. This in-person, part-time role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication within our autism-focused ABA program.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Children’s Specialized. In this role you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication. You will apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches to enhance communication skills, social interaction, and overall quality of life for individuals receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys assessment work, values collaboration, and wants to contribute specialized communication expertise to autism evaluations. Responsibilities include administering standardized tools, scoring, documenting and contributing to integrated evaluation reports.
SLP will receive 15 minutes of Administrative time for every 45 minutes of billed time to write session notes.
This is an in-person, part-time role based out of our Princeton, NJ EI Center, with an expected caseload between 10-20 hours per week. Clinical sessions are conducted onsite, while notes and documentation can be completed remotely from home.

The expected salary range for this role is $80.00 to $85.00 per hour.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
