Children’s Specialized ABA in Princeton, NJ is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time, in-person role at our EI Center. The clinician will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs within an ABA-service environment.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and 2+ years working with children with ASD. Caseload management, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and meticulous documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 2+ years of experience in language development, speech sound disorders, and feeding/oral motor skills preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with children with ASD.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess communication skills and pragmatics.
• Interpret assessment results to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ABA objectives.
• Implement evidence-based speech and language therapies to promote language acquisition and social interaction.
• Tailor interventions for children with ASD to enhance functional communication.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other professionals to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, plans, progress notes and communications.
