Job summary
Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Adrian, Michigan. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule while providing meaningful care to patients and residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized treatment plans; document accurately; and collaborate with OT, PT, nursing, physicians, and other
Qualifications
- Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Michigan SLP license in good standing.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with OT, PT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations.
