HealthPro Heritage in North Riverside, IL is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to evaluate and treat residents in our senior living division. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid IL state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or licensure eligibility
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
• Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results and implement evidence-based therapies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in the patient’s chart.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
