WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PART-TIME SKILLS COACH - DSP

We're searching for someone who is compassionate, dependable, adaptable, and committed to helping others achieve greater independence. Personal or professional experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to transport participants using your personal vehicle

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SKILLS COACH - DSP

We ask that you have the availability to work during these times:

• * Sunday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
• * Sunday: 09:00 AM–12:00 PM

Your day will revolve around empowering participants to achieve meaningful goals and experience success in everyday life. You'll assist with daily routines, support the development of valuable job and life skills, encourage greater self-sufficiency, and participate in engaging community activities that promote inclusion and independence. Along the way, you'll serve as a positive role model, implement behavior support strategies when needed, celebrate personal achievements, and work closely with your teammates to create solutions and opportunities that help participants continue growing. Every shift presents a chance to help someone move one step closer to their goals while building rewarding relationships along the way.
