Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is seeking DSPs for part-time shifts (2:30 pm – 5:30 pm, several days a week) to provide 1:1 support to adults with disabilities. Join a dedicated team and contribute to daily activities, transportation, and personal care in a compassionate setting.

We offer great pay ($18–$24/hour) with flexible schedules and weekly pay. Valid driver’s license is preferred, and training/certifications provided by the employer to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or DSP roles preferred.
• Ability to work with adults with disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21.
• Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors.
• Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
