Job summary

United Initiators is seeking a part-time Site Planner to support production planning, inventory management, shipping coordination, and supply chain operations in Springtown. You will work with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams to keep materials, schedules, and shipments on track while supporting safety and compliance.

The role offers exposure to SAP, inventory control, and logistics activities in a manufacturing environment with weekday hours and a stable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer demand and forecasts into production schedules for blending and repackaging operations.
• Maintain material requirements plans and support production orders in SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production needs.
• Coordinate staffing plans and production schedules with site leadership.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and support on-time deliveries.
• Generate and maintain production and shipping documentation; support audits.
