Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in nursing or related field is required.
• Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) certification is required.
• CHSE‑A certification is preferred.
• Experience in simulation-based education and faculty development.
• Ability to collaborate across programs and projects.
• Experience with educational technology platforms and curriculum development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate courses, assist with curriculum and resource development.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement faculty development initiatives and educational programs.
• Facilitate or co‑facilitate courses, workshops, webinars, and simulation-based activities.
• Develop asynchronous and synchronous educational content, including online modules.
• Collaborate on design, implementation, and evaluation of simulation initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to development of curricular materials and resource toolkits.
• Participate in statewide meetings and planning sessions.
• Support data collection, evaluation, and outcome reporting.
